BRIEF
This campaign fulfilled a prestigious undertaking, creating a comprehensive brand identity for a fusion restaurant of Vietnamese-french quick service restaurant located in Sante Fe, New Mexico.
Established by Hang and Andre Laurent, a couple who met during the French occupation of Vietnam and moved together during the American resettlement program, Cay Laurel is located in the Arts District of Santa Fe. Seated closer to the central plaza of downtown Sante Fe, the Arts District heralds Indigenous, Hispanic, and various other artists. It is also near the Railyard District, which holds the Santa Fe Farmer’s Market.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The ideal primary customer is a young adult between the ages of 25 and 34 with a passion for culinary exploration and seeking unique, casual dining experiences.
