The proposed customizations for the product include exterior color and material (leather, linen, nylon), travel tag with name, number, and address, multiple pockets for various books, files, charging ports, and computers, space for headphones, earbuds, and travel necessities such as sleep masks.
These customizations and the process for choosing them were necessary for the rigorous spacing and regulations of air travel.
